This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial part in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Content Management & Publishing

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.

• Write engaging captions (English Mainly/Tagalog mix) and optimize hashtags for maximum reach.

• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies for TikTok/Reels/Shorts.

Community & Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster positive interactions.

• Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for UGC and partnerships.

Advertising & Boosting

• Execute self-managed ad campaigns (boosting, basic Meta/Google Ads).

• Liaise with ad agencies or internal teams to optimize performance.

• Track KPIs (reach, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies.

Reporting & Optimization

• Analyze insights (Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) and propose improvements.

• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and posting times.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years of social media management experience (portfolio/page examples required).

• Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube content strategies.

• Basic advertising understanding and skills (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads).

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, CapCut).

• Strong copywriting skills (English + Tagalog).

Nice-to-Have

• Background in 3C, FMCG, or home appliance brands.

• Experience with influencer collaborations.

• Basic graphic/video editing (Canva, CapCut).

• Knowledge of performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, engagement rates).
