We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across multiple client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the practical side of digital marketing and takes pride in producing accurate, polished work. You'll be responsible for managing social media content, coordinating marketing deliverables, updating websites, supporting email campaigns, and ensuring client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, identify issues before they become problems, and deliver work that is client-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

Digital Marketing Execution

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across client accounts
• Design graphics, carousels, reels, and other marketing assets using Canva
• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns
• Upload and format website content in WordPress
• Publish blog articles and other content updates
• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles
• Prepare client reports and performance summaries
• Support landing page updates and website improvements

Marketing Coordination & Quality Assurance

• Coordinate multiple client deliverables and deadlines
• Ensure all content is thoroughly reviewed before publishing
• Conduct quality assurance checks across websites, emails, social media posts, and marketing assets
• Follow up on outstanding approvals, content, and client requirements
• Maintain project trackers and internal systems
• Identify and resolve issues proactively
• Help ensure projects move forward smoothly and on schedule

Campaign Support

• Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Support campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Review and refresh advertising creative and messaging
• Support SEO implementation activities
• Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing marketing environment
• Strong experience using Canva
• Experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience using WordPress
• Experience building email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience supporting clients in real estate, construction, property, professional services, or related industries
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
