• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across client accounts.
• Design graphics, carousels, reels, and other assets using Canva.
• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns.
• Upload and format website content in WordPress.
• Publish blog articles and other content updates.
• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles.
• Prepare client reports and performance summaries.
• Support landing page updates and website improvements.
• Coordinate multiple client deliverables and deadlines.
• Ensure all content is reviewed before publishing.
• Conduct QA checks across websites, emails, social posts, and assets.
• Follow up on approvals, content, and client requirements.

Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across multiple client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the practical side of digital marketing and takes pride in producing accurate, polished work. Youll be responsible for managing social media content, coordinating marketing deliverables, updating websites, supporting email campaigns, and ensuring client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

What You'll Be Doing

Digital Marketing Execution

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across client accounts

What Were Looking For

Essential Experience

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience

• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing marketing environment

• Strong experience using Canva

• Experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Experience using WordPress

• Experience building email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Highly Desirable

• Experience supporting clients in real estate, construction, property, professional services, or related industries

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Experience with Google Ads

• Experience with Google Analytics

• SEO knowledge and content optimization experience
