Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. invites an experienced digital marketing professional to join our Pasay City head office. You will lead integrated planning, manage campaigns across channels, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Commercial Marketing and Corporate Brand teams to drive growth and brand visibility. You will supervise a small team, oversee content and paid media execution, and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Digital Media, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing, social media, performance marketing or related experience.
• Supervisory or project-lead experience is preferred.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, agency or multi-branch operations is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of organic and paid social media, content strategy, community management and lead generation.
• Strong experience in platform analytics, campaign reporting and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and related platforms.
• Must be willing to be assigned in our Head Office located in Pasay City

Responsibilities

• Translate approved marketing strategies into monthly and campaign-specific digital plans.
• Consolidate digital requirements across Commercial Marketing and Corporate Brand.
• Develop channel roles, content approaches, posting schedules and amplification recommendations.
• Ensure alignment between campaigns, content, media, community management and lead generation.
• Review digital briefs before endorsement to Creatives or external partners.
• Maintain the master digital calendar and campaign tracker.
• Identify conflicts, content gaps and opportunities for stronger campaign support.
• Supervise the execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Review posts, captions, links, tags, calls to action and publishing schedules.
• Ensure content is appropriate for each audience, platform and objective.
• Coordinate the digital rollout of promos, product campaigns, supplier activities and Corporate Brand programs.
• Ensure major campaigns have pre-launch, launch, sustaining and reminder content.
• Review digital support for partnerships and payments.
• Check accuracy of products, prices, mechanics, dates and DISCLAIMERS before posting.
• Develop weekly, monthly and campaign performance reports.
• Track reach, engagement, views, watch time, traffic, leads, response time and media performance.
• Compare results against targets, historical data and competitors.
• Identify high- and low-performing content and optimize accordingly.
• Develop test-and-learn plans and maintain dashboards.
• Convert data into insights and action plans.
