Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager - Creative Services, Brand & Retail Experience to lead creative strategy, brand design, multimedia production, and retail experience across Commercial Marketing and Corporate Brand.

You will translate business goals into campaign concepts, manage a multidisciplinary creative team, and ensure cohesive executions across digital, in-store, print, and events while protecting brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in marketing/creative leadership for senior levels.
• Proven portfolio across integrated campaigns and retail materials.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing tools.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for Alfamart campaigns and brand systems.
• Translate objectives into strong creative concepts and visuals.
• Oversee multimedia production, in-store materials, and digital content.
• Manage a multidisciplinary creative team and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain brand integrity across Commercial Marketing and Corporate Brand.
