JB Heating Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Marketing, GoHighLevel & Social Media Coordinator to lead remote marketing efforts from the Philippines. You will own GoHighLevel funnels, manage social channels and run campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and conversion while aligning with the business owner.

This full-time role requires solid English, strong organisation, and the ability to work independently during UK business hours.

About JB Heating Services

JB Heating Services is an established UK heating, plumbing, air conditioning and building services company.

We have invested heavily in modernising our marketing, customer journey and digital infrastructure and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing, GoHighLevel & Social Media Coordinator to join our remote team.

This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who wants to take genuine ownership of their role within one business.

We are not looking for a freelancer managing multiple clients alongside us or someone looking for an additional role to fit around other employment.

Reliable availability during agreed working hours is essential.

The Role

You will help manage and develop JB Heating's digital marketing activity across several areas, with particular responsibility for:

• GoHighLevel

• Social media management

• Digital marketing campaigns

• Lead generation and sales funnels

• Email marketing

• Content coordination

• SEO coordination

• Marketing analytics and reporting

You'll work directly with the business owner and other members of the marketing team.

GoHighLevel & Marketing Automation

You will help develop and manage our GoHighLevel environment, including:

• Building and improving sales funnels

• Landing pages

• Forms

• Lead capture

• CRM pipelines

• Email and SMS workflows

• Automated follow-up sequences

• Customer journeys

• Lead nurturing

• Campaign tracking

• Reporting and optimisation

Previous hands-on GoHighLevel experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms will also be considered.

Social Media Management

You will help manage JB Heating's presence across:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• LinkedIn

• TikTok

• YouTube

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing social media plans

• Creating and maintaining content calendars

• Coordinating content production

• Writing posts and captions

• Scheduling and publishing content

• Monitoring engagement

• Identifying trends and content opportunities

• Reviewing analytics

• Continually improving reach and engagement

Digital Marketing

You will also assist with:

• Email marketing campaigns

• Lead-generation campaigns

• SEO strategy and implementation

• Website content

• Google Business Profile

• Marketing analytics

• Conversion optimisation

• Campaign reporting

• Competitor research

AI & Modern Marketing Tools

We actively use AI throughout the business and expect our marketing team to be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other modern AI platforms.

You should understand how to use AI to improve research, content development, campaign planning, analysis and productivity while still applying your own judgement and creativity.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone experienced, organised and proactive who can take ownership rather than waiting to be continually instructed.

You should:

• Have proven digital marketing experience

• Have strong social media management experience

• Understand funnels and lead generation

• Have experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms

• Understand email marketing

• Have a good working knowledge of SEO

• Write excellent English

• Be highly organised and detail-oriented

• Communicate clearly

• Be comfortable analysing marketing performance

• Be able to work independently

• Be confident suggesting improvements and new ideas

Working Hours & Availability

This is an important part of the role.

This is a full-time position with agreed working hours supporting a UK business.

During those hours, we expect you to be:

• Online and available

• Responsive to messages

• Attending scheduled meetings

• Actively working on JB Heating responsibilities

• Contactable by management and other team members

We understand that remote working offers flexibility, but flexibility does not mean choosing your own working hours or being routinely unavailable during contracted hours.

This position is not suitable for someone simultaneously working another full-time job or managing other clients during JB Heating working hours.

Reliable internet, suitable computer equipment and backup internet arrangements are required.
