Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, especially in a B2B setting.
• Strong skills in video editing, visual content design, and familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Canva.
• Experience with paid social advertising on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, data analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with a team.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and edit video and visual content, ensuring alignment with platform-specific needs and brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on engagement and ROI.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to innovate and enhance strategies.
• Manage marketing production pipelines using Trello, coordinating content for web, social, video, and EDM campaigns.
• Deliver weekly reports on campaign performance, providing insights to guide improvements.
• Develop creative content for EDM campaigns and marketing collateral, maintaining brand voice and style.
