Emapta is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage website content, social profiles, and online reputation while driving digital lead generation for a nationwide mortgage lender in the U.S. You will collaborate with U.S. teams and work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on digital marketing experience (website, social, content, lead generation).
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and updating website content.
• Background in auditing, risk, or compliance reviews in financial services or IT.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for customer data and workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple digital marketing areas, including website management, external reviews, social media, and acquisition.
• Support the digital traffic case queue.
• Implement website changes based on loan officer requests.
• Review and audit external websites for compliance issues.
• Create user logins, listings, and profiles for social media and reputation platforms.
• Set up third-party lead profiles and purchases based on loan officer requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in website management, social media, online content, digital profiles, and lead generation or customer acquisition.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns, updating website content, managing online profiles, and supporting digital marketing operations.
• Background in auditing, financial services, insurance, banking, IT, business operations, or leadership-related environments, with knowledge of audits, risk management, or compliance reviews.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for customer information management, profile administration, and related workflows.
• Strong communication, active listening, stakeholder coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in either Makati or Ortigas, based on the candidate's preferred location
