The Qualifications We Seek

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry
• Experience in auditing, finance, insurance, banking, information technology, or related business or leadership functions
• Experience in internal or external audits, risk assessment, or compliance management within complex operational and regulatory environments

Communication & Organizational Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce
