Lalamove Philippines Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and driver & user acquisition in Metro Manila.

The role requires 1–2 years in Digital Marketing, hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Onsite work at PITX Paranaque (Tower 2, 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with paid ads and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Manage and optimize paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
Support social media content, promotions, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
