Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and driver and user acquisition.

You will plan and run campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, manage paid efforts and lead gen, monitor performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams and partners. Onsite at Tower 2 PITX, Paranaque City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
