Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a growing UK-based creative business to hire a Digital Marketing Associate. You will upload around 200 location listings to Squarespace, ensuring quality and consistency while crafting concise descriptions in the brand voice.

You will also support the marketing team with daily digital marketing tasks, social media planning, and simple design work using Canva. The role suits someone who loves design, storytelling, and staying organized.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing or content management.
• Hands-on experience with Squarespace or other website builders.
• Experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent written English and ability to write clear descriptions.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume content handling.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently.
• An eye for design, interiors, architecture, or photography is a plus.
• Experience working with UK or international clients is an advantage.

The client is a location brokerage that connects film, TV, and photoshoot productions with design-led spaces across the UK and internationally, and it also runs a second sister brand.

You’ll play a key part in building the company’s online presence, starting with a major website project: uploading around 200 location listings. You’ll also support the marketing team with day-to-day digital marketing and ad hoc tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves design, visual storytelling, and keeping things organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Location Listings Upload: Upload approximately 200 location listings to the company website (Squarespace), including photos, descriptions, and category and filter tags.
• Listing Quality: Make sure every listing is accurate, consistent, and well presented, following a set format and checklist.
• Content Writing: Write or edit short, engaging location descriptions that match the brand’s style and tone.
• Social Media Support: Help plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Graphics and Content Creation: Create simple visual content using tools like Canva to showcase new locations and services.
• Newsletter and Website Updates: Support email updates and website content, such as featured locations and blog posts.
• Progress Tracking: Keep a simple tracker of uploaded listings and completed tasks, and share weekly updates with the team.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks across both brands as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Squarespace or other website builders like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify (Squarespace strongly preferred).
• Experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to write clear and polished descriptions.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of data, images, and content.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• An eye for design, interiors, architecture, or photography is a big plus.
• Experience working with UK or international clients is an advantage.
