Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking a remote Social Media Associate to support a global B2B audience in renewable energy, battery storage, and commodities. You will create graphics, captions, and short videos, schedule posts, and engage with the online community, working closely with the founder.

You’ll use Canva, CapCut, and AI tools to deliver professional content, maintain the content calendar, and strengthen LinkedIn presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally for business, corporate, or B2B brands.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a business platform.
• Excellent written English, with strong grammar and professional tone.
• Proficient in Canva and basic video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Familiar with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) or willing to learn quickly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Eager to learn about technical or industry-specific topics such as energy, batteries, or commodities.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential business information.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
