Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a results-driven Digital Sales professional to own a defined monthly mediation enrollment and debt consolidation disbursement quota. You will convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments, conducting structured financial assessments and presenting compelling solutions.

The role demands a strong closer mindset, high urgency, and disciplined follow-up to meet revenue targets while collaborating with underwriting, product, and growth

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quota-driven sales experience in consumer lending, digital lending, debt consolidation, mediation and negotiations advisory services, or solutions-based selling of financial products.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
• Strong closer mentality and high urgency with follow-up discipline.
• Experience handling financially distressed or subprime customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined monthly mediation enrollment and debt consolidation disbursement quota.
• Convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments.
• Conduct structured financial assessment calls.
• Present clear, compelling restructuring solutions.
• Overcome affordability and trust objections decisively.
• Maintain aggressive follow-up discipline to prevent lead leakage.
• Close enrollments within defined cycle times.
• Assess borrower exposure across multiple lenders and evaluate repayment capacity.
• Maintain daily activity targets and track funnel stages.
• Coordinate closely with credit underwriting, product, marketing, and the growth team.
