Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or consumer products is preferred.
• Experience in managing digital campaigns and social media platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and demand generation programs.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across online platforms and channels.
• Develop engaging digital content, promotional materials, and marketing communications aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility.
• Monitor digital campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and translate insights into strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align activities with business goals.
• Support marketing forecasts and demand planning based on data and trends.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and media partners as needed.
• Recommend opportunities to improve digital presence and ROI.
• Assist in market research, competitor monitoring, and identification of trends.
