Job summary

PHILDA INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in Balagtas, Bulacan is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our brand, products and services. This full-time role focuses on creating campaigns across digital and traditional channels, plus content management to boost growth and visibility.

The position requires 2–4 years in marketing, strong writing and communication, and proficiency with digital tools and CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, marketing communications or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software and content management systems
• Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics, data interpretation and performance tracking tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Experience with social media analytics and influencer marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional marketing platforms
• Create and manage marketing content, including copy, graphics, videos and multimedia materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends and insights that inform marketing strategies
• Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to build brand awareness, foster community engagement and drive customer loyalty
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, campaign results and ROI to optimise marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development and senior management, to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations and collateral for various stakeholders and platforms
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in marketing and communications
• Experience with social media analytics and influencer marketing is a plus
