Job summary

Italpinas Development Corp. is seeking a Digital Marketing professional to oversee and optimize our online brand presence in the Philippines.

You will design, execute, and monitor campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and organic strategies, plus mastery of Google Analytics 4, Meta/Google Ads, and email automation tools like HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns and organic digital strategies.
• Mastery of analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4), ad managers (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and SEO tools
• Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
• Strong analytical mindset with creative copywriting and design sensibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Oversee organic strategy including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing automation.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics or any.
• A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and marketing funnels to continuously optimize conversion performance.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling digital media assets.
