Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Digital Delivery Cluster Lead in Pasig to coach delivery leads and oversee program governance, staffing, and project delivery. The role requires strategic oversight of budgets, timelines, risks, and standards, collaborating with senior leadership to drive organizational success.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT program management, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT program management or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects or agile squads.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and digital product delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Business, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Banking/fintech or highly regulated industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery leads, including performance evaluations, recruitment oversight, and staffing concerns.
• Ensure exceptional results through effective management of delivery leads and overall solutions delivery.
• Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Develop plans and priorities with leadership and demand management.Review and adjust project timelines as needed.
• Monitor budgets and perform risk assessments, implementing mitigations.
• Establish and improve project management processes, tools, and standards.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure project goals align with business objectives.
