Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking an experienced Delivery/Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex software and digital product solutions for global clients. You will build strong relationships with senior management, plan with an Agile approach, and manage scope, budget, and risks while guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies.

The role emphasizes client-facing responsibilities, business justification, funding discussions, and ongoing development of solution

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex software and digital product solutions.
• Develop relationships with sr. management and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Plan and estimate delivery with an Agile approach including milestones, resources, scope, and budget.
• Communicate project status to client and proactively resolve risks and issues.
• Act as Scrum Master with daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Prepare roadmap reports for projects to team members and clients.

• Works in a highly client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale software and digital product solutions
• Develops strong working relationships with the sr. management team and identifies follow-on project opportunities
• Plans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planning
• Communicate project status to client, work to resolve issues and problems, proactively identify project risks and make recommendations for resolution to ensure project success
• Manages the project ideation, gathering the high level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and stories
• Interacts with client for business justification, funding, scope and timeline
• Contributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources
• Manage client relationship and expectations throughout project lifecycle
• Act as Scrum Master overseeing daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc
• Help develop and maintain core team processes
• Prepare roadmap reports for projects to both team members and client
