You will translate business needs into actionable digital work and own the backlog, roadmap, and post-launch performance. You will collaborate with business, product, operations, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment to balance priorities and drive customer value.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Owner experience preferably in digital platforms or channels.
• Knowledgeable in Customer Journey and Digital Channel Processes/Transactions.
• Proven ownership of backlogs, roadmaps, and live performance.
• Data-driven, customer-obsessed, comfortable with executive trade-offs.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Decide what changes go into our digital channels and when they go live.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable digital requirements.
• Own the go-live planning and post-launch performance review.
• Coordinate with business, products, operations, design, and tech teams.
