Job summary

ANZ Global Services and Operations (Manila), Inc. is seeking an Assisted Digital Consultant to support Australian customers with Retail, Cards and Digital Banking queries.

The role involves handling high volumes of routine inquiries, ensuring first contact resolution and providing accurate information through in-app channels. Flexible hours and training support are provided, with a permanent full-time employment base in Manila.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Flexibility to support voice customer contacts when needed.
• Experience in contact centre with English-speaking clients (US or Australia preferred).
• Understanding of KPIs and contact centre technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first contact resolution via in-app messaging by using available tools and resources.
• Resolve enquiries efficiently by understanding needs and root causes.
• Escalate to bankers or specialists when necessary to deliver timely resolution.
• Act as brand ambassadors delivering best customer experience and achieving positive NPS.
