Qualificações

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently by understanding their needs.
• Escalate to specialists for accurate resolutions when necessary.
• Provide best customer experience as a brand ambassador for ANZ.
• Meet customer-centric metrics and targets.
• Build banking skills through training and mentorship.
