Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience as a Project Manager, with 2 years in the banking industry.
• Experience with digital banking projects such as web/mobile banking apps or digital payment platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables while creating a comprehensive project plan.
• Assemble a skilled project team and motivate them to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage the project budget while ensuring expenses stay within constraints.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and conduct a project review to assess lessons learned.
