Job summary

2529 Corporation is seeking an Ads & Marketing Specialist to spearhead digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving engagement to support business growth.

You will implement and optimize strategies, create compelling content, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to align campaigns with objectives. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in digital marketing and hands-on ad management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager/Facebook Ads is highly preferred.
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance based on metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversion, and cost per result.
• Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
• Manage social media pages and maintain consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure proper lead handling and campaign alignment.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and new marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns, launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
