Job summary

LeadAdvisors is seeking an experienced Dialer and Phone System Admin to oversee Five9 and related telephony, automation, and CRM integrations for a 100+ agent environment. You will manage dialer configurations, call routing, and real-time monitoring while supporting IT operations and security across remote teams.

Your responsibilities include automating lead posting, maintaining APIs, and ensuring TCPA/DNC compliance, with opportunities to optimize workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and Google

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, dialer administration, and call center operations.
• Expertise in predictive dialers (Five9, etc.) and VoIP systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM & API integrations (HubSpot, Debt Pay Pro, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Google Apps Script).
• Ability to manage real-time monitoring and security for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Five9 predictive dialers for outbound/inbound teams.
• Optimize call routing and lead distribution using Ringba, Twilio, and VoIP.
• Monitor dialer KPIs and real-time adherence to ensure performance.
• Create and manage user accounts and access levels for dialer software.
• Oversee Google Workspace and domain/DNS configurations; ensure security compliance.
• Build API-based lead posting systems for CRMs and automate workflows.
