Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated in requirements.
• Proven sales experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare solutions.
• Experience working with hospital and laboratory stakeholders.
• Strong network within the Mindanao healthcare market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.
• Execute strategic territory planning to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Position Abbott’s Core Diagnostics portfolio through value-based selling and consultative approaches.
• Present technical product solutions and clinical value propositions to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer workflows and align Abbott offerings to meet clinical needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, applications, and service teams to support business development.
