Job summary

Asiatic Medical Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth and expand the client base in Metro Manila.

You will promote our laboratory services, visit clients, present solutions, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets. You will build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare organizations, coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery, and pursue cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor or higher in business, marketing, medical tech, life sciences, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related role.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostic lab, medical services or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Promote Asiatic Medical Laboratories Inc.'s laboratory services and solutions to clients.
• Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations, and product/service discussions to generate new accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships and serves as primary contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of concerns.
• Research market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
