• Experience in multi-branch operations, operational planning and team leadership is an advantage.
• Strong background in sales, operations and budget management.

Brief Job Description:

• Provides leadership and directly responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating daily operation of the Branches for effective delivery of quality service.

• Responsible for the safe, secure and cost-effective day to day operations of the branches. Responsibilities include: increasing profits of the branches and cost effectively balancing time between managing the operations of the branch and management reporting, recruitment, ensuring compliance with all management policies and procedures, counselling verbally and documenting in writing all incidents of non- compliance.

Qualifications:
