Job summary

RelianceUnited seeks a Clinic Cluster Lead to manage daily clinic operations, staff engagement, and compliance across multiple sites in Metro Manila. You will guide reports, audit processes, and be the first line of contact for clinic site personnel to address day-to-day concerns.

Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance and attendance, coordinating with site medical personnel, and ensuring timely submission of utilization and compliance reports to the client POC.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with PRC license.
• 1 year or more experience in occupational health, business operations, or administrative roles.
• Able to work with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff compliance with patient care and related policies.
• Maintain records on staff attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with site medical personnel on client requirements and policy updates.
• Collaborate with CMT on client escalations and staffing issues to meet response times.
• Respond to site medical queries and coordinate with departments to address concerns.
• Endorse and monitor deployment of Nurses and MDs.
• Support OSH compliance and submission of AMR/WAIR reports to client POC.
• Organize health programs based on client illness/incidence reports.
• Coordinate with CMT on ActiveOne program and training initiatives.
