Pay: HK$36,570 to HK$64,491 (HGPS Pt. 15 – Pt. 27) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cluster General Manager (Human Resources) in providing managerial support and implementing initiatives for various human resources functions including:
  • Manpower Planning and Recruitment
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Termination and Separation
  • Staff Development and Succession Planning
  • Staff Wellness and Engagement
  • Performance and Complaint Management
• Job rotation will be arranged among the functional areas for exposure and service improvement.
