Job summary

LGT BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES in BGC, Taguig City (Hybrid) seeks a DevOps Engineer to support deployment, automation, monitoring, and cloud environments for enterprise apps. You will work with developers, ERP teams, and infra groups to implement automation, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production stability and security.

The role covers deployment across Development, UAT, and Production, building scalable architectures, and driving continuous improvement through scripting and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, cloud, infra, or system administration roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD implementation.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to support the deployment, automation, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise applications and cloud environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving application reliability, streamlining software delivery processes, and supporting critical business systems across the organization.

The role will work closely with developers, ERP teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to implement automation solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, support cloud infrastructure, and ensure the stability and security of production environments.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Manage source code repositories and version control using Git.
• Support application deployment across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve release efficiency.

Cloud Infrastructure Support

• Support and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and utilization.
• Assist in managing storage, virtual machines, networking, and security configurations.
• Participate in disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Automate routine operational and system administration tasks.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual processes through automation.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor system health and recommend improvements for performance and reliability.

Enterprise Application Support

• Support business-critical applications and integration platforms.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customizations and integrations.
• Support API-based integrations between ERP systems, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Ensure system availability and operational stability.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
• Support user access management and cloud security initiatives.
• Participate in security reviews, audits, and vulnerability remediation activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or related roles.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Experience supporting production environments and enterprise applications.
