Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Shared Tech team in a cross-functional setting. You will design and maintain secure platform solutions, build automation across infrastructure, and develop CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps while collaborating with global partners.

You will work with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions that support millions of ING customers worldwide, in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments.
• Shell scripting and process automation.
• ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, dashboard creation and performance monitoring.
• CI/CD principles and release management practices.
• Experience supporting and maintaining production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams and DevOps ways of working.

As a DevOps Engineer , you'll join our Shared Tech team , working in a cross-functional environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.

You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical platforms that support ING's global technology landscape. Leveraging modern DevOps practices, you'll help drive automation, improve operational resilience, and enable engineering teams to deliver solutions efficiently and securely.

Working closely with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders across ING's global network, you'll help create reliable and scalable technology solutions that support millions of customers worldwide.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments
• Solid experience with Shell Scripting and process automation
• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana, including dashboard creation and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and release management practices
• Experience supporting and maintaining production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working within Agile teams and DevOps ways of working

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies
• Familiarity with security best practices within DevOps environments
