Job summary

Signant Health is hiring an IT Applications Engineer to manage and optimize our core business apps, including NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, and Atlassian tools. You will implement configurations, automations, and integrations, while handling day-to-day support and incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience administering NetSuite with SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow.
• Experience configuring and administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and scripting.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and low-code automation tools (Power Automate, Graph API).
• Understanding of SaaS/cloud app lifecycle management, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and configuration of core enterprise applications (NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, Atlassian).
• Provide tier 2/3 application support and incident resolution.
• Build and maintain customizations and automations across platforms.
• Develop integrations between apps using APIs and low-code tooling.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and change control to minimize business disruption.
• Support security, access management, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor application health and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on licenses and roadmaps.
• Document runbooks and knowledge bases; share knowledge across teams.
• Explore AI-assisted tooling to automate support and workflows.
