• Prepare Detroit-style pizza dough according to established recipes and production standards. Measure and mix flour, water, yeast, salt, and other ingredients accurately. Manage dough fermentation, proofing, portioning, and storage.


• Prepare and properly oil rectangular Detroit-style pizza pans. Stretch and press dough evenly into pans to achieve the required thickness and texture. Prepare pizza sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other toppings.


• Arrange toppings and cheese according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure proper placement of cheese to create the characteristic crispy, caramelized edges


• Operate and monitor commercial pizza ovens. Control oven temperature, baking time, and cooking conditions.
