Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, and payroll.
• QuickBooks experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoices and vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and collections.
• Process credit card payments and keep transactions organized.
• Prepare client quotes and transfer orders.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
• Review daily transactions and assist with account reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and credit references.
• Answer client and vendor questions about billing and payments.
• Follow up on missing documents and outstanding payments.
• Support other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
