Job summary

ProjectEngage Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing statements, memos, refunds, and clear coordination with clients and internal units.

You will process statements, memos, and refunds; reconcile records; and update the Billing Daily Production Report. Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple accounts are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process, generate, and release billing statements and memos.
• Compute and process refunds for memberships.
• Reconcile billing records with clients.
• Verify findings in the Billing module as needed.
• Coordinate with underwriting, finance, and other units for verification.
• Update and submit Billing Daily Production Report and related reports.
• File pertinent documents and support reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned byBilling leadership.
