Job summary

Pingcon Marketing Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our finance team in Project 8, Quezon City. You will generate invoices, verify documentation, and maintain orderly billing records while collaborating with Sales and Accounting to ensure timely, accurate billing.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and a proactive approach to resolving billing discrepancies. On-site work in Project 8 is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP or ERP) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue billing invoices to clients promptly.
• Document Verification: Review sales orders, delivery receipts, and supporting documents before billing for accuracy.
• Record Management: Maintain and organize customer accounts and billing files.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales to address billing queries and adjustments.
• Payment Support: Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.
