Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Billing Associate in Metro Manila to manage invoicing, debit/credit memos, and client billing statements. You will monitor unbilled transactions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar billing position, a 4-year business-related degree, and proficiency with Excel and ERP platforms. You will support month-end processes and maintain high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably business related.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar billing role.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue invoices to customers based on requirements; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process debit/credit memos; maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Print invoices and supporting documents as needed; ensure accuracy.
• Send billing statements and documents to clients on time.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete billing.
• Monitor unbilled transactions for timely resolution.
• Prepare billing-related reports as required.
• Resolve billing disputes or customer complaints promptly.
• Attend internal and external meetings to resolve billing issues.
• Support month-end processes; assist where needed.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
