ProjectEngage Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Clerk to support billing, collection, and account management for client accounts in Makati. The role emphasizes timely invoicing, fund monitoring, and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of billing, reconciliation, credit memos and small balance write-offs.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate billings and fund balances.
• Good analytical skills to review data and spot discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication for notices and reports.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines across multiple accounts.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and monitor account renewal status, rates and benefits.
• Review the revolving fund and provide recommendations to the sales team.
• Prepare and issue billings for Revolving Fund, Network Access, Riders, and Replenishment.
• Monitor assigned accounts including calls, adjustments, write-offs, reconciliations, and credit memos.
• Analyze fund balance by reconciling unbilled availments and outstanding balances.
• Issue monthly Net Fund Balance reports to the account.
• Send timely notices based on fund status and suspension notices for unpaid Network Access.
• Process Revolving Fund refunds 195 days after expiry.
• Escalate issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist collections in preparing reports and analyze processes for improvements.
