Job summary

HCGLOBAL RESOURCE (ASIA), INC. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional for middle and back-office functions in Davao City. Responsibilities include gathering supporting documents, pricing and recording fund activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring correct allocations under partnership agreements.

Fresh graduates and newly licensed CPAs are welcome. The role requires onsite work for 6 months, with at least two days per week onsite after regularization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates and newly licensed CPAs welcome.

• Willing to expand work hours as necessary to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information for recurring expenses and supporting documents for accounting records.
• Performs back-office accounting tasks including preparing daily reports and reconciliations.
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of financial reports (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet).
• Allocates and tracks partners’ and fund allocations per agreements.
• Coordinates audit preparations and liaises with auditors as required.
• Monitors client communications and ensures timely documentation and support.
