Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepares workbooks and financials for period/month end closing of Clients’ books.
• Records clients’ business-related transactions and maintains general ledger.
• Assists with Compliance Reporting for federal, state and government agencies.
• Ensures expenses are accrued and income/expenses recognized in the correct period.
• Reconciles intercompany transactions with affiliates.
• Posts and applies cash receipts against open invoices.
• Resolves invoice and cash posting issues; coordinates with related teams.
• Processes vendors’ invoices and employee expense reports.
• Executes ad-hoc tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Responds promptly to internal or external client inquiries and resolves issues.
• Maintains Clients’ process documentation and archives documents.
