Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepare workbooks and financials for month-end closing of clients’ books.
• Record clients’ transactions and maintain general ledger accounting.
• Assist with compliance reporting for government agencies.
• Post cash receipts and apply payments; resolve invoicing issues.
• Process vendor invoices and expense reports; manage payment runs.
• Archive client documents and maintain process documentation.
• Assist in other non-operations work as needed by management.
