Flexure Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist in the Philippines to provide accounting, QuickBooks, and payroll/payroll tax services for various entities and individuals. You will handle confidential information with discretion and contribute to a high-quality client experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and initiative, with responsibilities ranging from bank reconciliations to payroll tax reporting and QuickBooks support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
• Familiarity with firm tech stack applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but may be substituted with work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all core accounting functions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Analyze and prepare adjustments to accounting records
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax reports
• Prepare Washington State Sales & B&O Tax reports
• Support QuickBooks cleanup projects under guidance of senior team members
• Assist clients with basic QuickBooks questions and training as needed
• Document all work product and work papers in accordance with firm standards and technology
• Utilize the agency’s tech stack, including MS Teams, MS Apps, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Gusto Payroll, Dext, Expensify, and Right Networks hosting
• Collaborate effectively with the broader team, including international team members
• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
