Qualifications

• Log interactions, route issues, and monitor open tickets.
• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Image and deploy new systems; manage asset inventory.
• Travel between sites to provide on-site support.
• Assist with data center operations and system integration.
