Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable design systems and design tokens.
• Ability to prototype in-browser and iterate with product teams.
• Strong taste and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the production system and keep it repeatable, on-brand, and fast.
• Evolve the design system with human and machine components for AI-generated screens.
• Lead the last-mile details: interactions, rhythm, and crafted micro-animations.
