Qualifications

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in your portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout and variants; strong architecture.
• A portfolio showing client work with consistent underlying rigor.
• Excellent English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries that scale beyond a homepage.
• Document the system so developers or pipelines can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands with the same structural rigor.
