Job summary

Bluehost is seeking a Design Project Manager for its Professional Services website delivery team in Cebu. You will serve as the primary customer contact, manage timelines, and coordinate across Design, Copy, Quality Control, Marketing, and other partners to deliver websites from onboarding to launch.

You will balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency while driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the website delivery lifecycle, from onboarding and discovery through production, review, revisions, and launch.
• Manage multiple website projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, milestones, and customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams, including Design, Copy, Quality Control, Marketing, and fulfillment partners.
• Provide proactive project updates and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Facilitate customer meetings, onboarding sessions, and project reviews while setting expectations and addressing questions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, customer records, and case management details.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed to keep projects moving forward.
• Guide customers through onboarding, reviews, revisions, and launch readiness activities.
• Ensure a smooth transition for customers moving into ongoing marketing services by coordinating handoffs.
• Contribute to operational excellence by following established processes while adapting to individual customer needs.

This is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management responsibilities.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Copy, Quality Control, and Marketing, while managing project timelines, customer communications, deliverables, revisions, and launch activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and can successfully balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with project or case-management platforms such as Pega.

• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and website optimization.

• Experience coordinating work across Design, Copy, Marketing, or Quality Control teams.

• Experience supporting high-volume or scalable service-delivery environments.
