Job summary

Bluehost, part of Newfold Digital Inc., is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead website delivery from onboarding to launch. You will act as the main customer contact, coordinate across Design, Copy, QC and Marketing, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while managing expectations and keeping projects on track.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to balance customer experience with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the website delivery lifecycle.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the website creation journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through website launch. This is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management responsibilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Copy, Quality Control, and Marketing, while managing project timelines, customer communications, deliverables, revisions, and launch activities.
