Job summary

Extinguished Inc. seeks a Design & Estimate Head to lead the Design & Estimate Team and oversee the entire design and estimation process for assigned projects in Quezon City.

The role requires reviewing technical plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates and material requirements, coordinating with Project Engineers, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations, and providing technical guidance to the team to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered Mechanical Engineer
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in design, estimation, costing, and engineering project requirements
• Familiar with Fire Suppression Systems (FSS)
• Knowledgeable in Sprinkler Systems
• Familiar with Pre-Action Systems
• Familiar with Access Control Systems
• Familiar with CCTV Systems
• Able to read and interpret technical plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple project requirements and deadlines
• Willing to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Design & Estimate Team
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Oversee the preparation of designs, estimates, costing, and material requirements
• Review and approve BOQ/BOM, quotations, and technical proposals before submission
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project designs and estimates
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design and estimation requirements
• Participate in technical discussions and project coordination meetings when needed
• Assist in resolving technical concerns related to design, costing, materials, and project requirements
• Help improve Design & Estimate processes, documentation, and overall team efficiency
