Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical/MEPFS engineer in the Metro Manila area. The role focuses on design and computation of electrical plans, with emphasis on fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of related experience, preferably with supervisory exposure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is required, and willingness to work overtime during deadlines and bidding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Preferably supervisor-level with 5+ years.
• MEPFS background.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.
• Knowledge in Estimating.
• Willing to work overtime during deadlines and bidding.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel; familiarity with other MEPFS software.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Planning and Design Manager.
• Responsible in Design & computation of electrical plans.
• Plan review (electrical/ mechanical, plumbing & firepro).
• Cost estimates & bill of materials.
• Execute, under general supervision, work along specialized or technical lines requiring special training, experience, or knowledge.
